I have got this sample from my last order. I was trying to use it yesterday; however, it seems really greasy to me. So where should I put it? The whole face or the dry area? Someone told me I can use it as a lip balm. Is that true?

You only need to use a tiny bit of the balm otherwise it will seem greasy, about half the size of the nail on your little finger should be plenty.

I find it best if I warm the balm between my hands by rubbing them together quickly, then apply in a sweeping movement to the whole face working it especially into any dry areas.

I have heard that about using it as a lip balm but I haven't tried it myself.

I hope this helps!

Yes, I think so. I don't like it.
But I like their aromatic oils, good for massage. Their cleansing oil is very good too.

Their cleansers. Ylang Ylang oil and body products are good, but the eye creams and night creams are just too greasy.

Try spraying your face first with something like Avene thermal water before applying the balm. And, like Roisin posted, you only need a little.

I admit I tend to use the Decleor Aromessence oils much more than any of the balms. Maybe the balms would be better for winter / dry weather. Depends on your skin...

i find that it sinks into my skin fairly well. I usually concentrate the balm on my drier areas and spread it out from there.

I agree you only need the tiniest bit, I found that if you leave the balm in a warm room or by the heater you will get a little puddle of liquid sat on top of the balm where it has started to melt.
It is far easier to apply when melted Laughing

It's the best night treatment if applied correctly. You need a frozen pea-size drop (really tiny). Rub it between your palms. It melts. Then smell it before smoothing your palms over your face from the nose outwards. It's great. Your skin looks so much better in the morning.

Please do not waste it by using it as a lip balm!

I don't think it's a good time to use it, maybe you can wait for winter.

Come summer or winter, you need night treatment. Just experiment with the amount you use. It's gorgeous! Which product's sample do you have?
