Hello,
Maybe I am very wired that want to slim my face. I am a Asian so that out face is more flat than western people. However, I also complain that the shape and contour of my face. I read a magazine that recommend Shiseido's facial lifting complex to reach that result. However, does that product suppose for lifting effect for mature type of skin? There are also many contouring products for face, are they really work? |

Guess this is a genetic thing.. the lifting skin products will help lifting up your face temporarily but not essentially slimming up your face, they work if you have loose skin on your face .. if this is not the case, a lot of time, the lifting product would not really help a lot. Some Asians have really fit and slim body shape but they have full wide face too !!
I personally havent tried those products in fact (I am also an Asian). Some people said if you want to slim your face, you can do some of the facial exercises, just to let it move a bit, some ppl like to chew gum.. whether it works or not, it really depends, no definite answers..some find it works, some not.
Another thing is that if you are fat overall, if you try lose weight, you will see oyu face slim down too , but if you are not fat, like I mentioned earlier, just the "baby fat" on face, it may not help a lot..
