I am 36 (a little older than you), and do not have any wrinkles, dark circles or puffiness around my eyes. The best two eye products I have found for keeping the eye area moist and supple are:
1. ReVive Eye Renewal Treatment - but at $100 a pop, this is something I splurge on. But I really do love the gel-like texture and that it is so gentle you can apply it on the eye lid as well. It soaks right in and mt eyes just look bright and awake when I use this morning and night. A little goes a long way so it usually lasts me 3 months so the $100 price tag isn't horrible when you break it down.
2. Wei EAst Eyes Alive - this is a wonderful light herbal eye cream. It absorbs easily, and leaves my eye area smooth and fresh looking. It is my "usual" eye cream except when I splurge for the ReVive. And at $19.95 (on HSN.com) it is a real bargain. A tube usually lasts me 6-7 weeks. It is also available at weieast.com or at Nordstroms stores. It has a lovely herbal scent so if you are sensitive to fragrance, this may not be for you....but I love the scent and it is light enough that it doesn't irritate my eyes at all.

If you are not using a sunblock around the eye area then I would really suggest that you get an eye cream with SPF in it. Murad Essential C SPF 15 is probably still my fave SPF eye cream, although I am itching to try the Dermalogica one after reading good reviews of it.
If you are happy to use a separate sunblock, or need an eye cream for night use, then Babor Sensational Eyes is good as well as the Neostrata one (can't remember name sorry but they have only one). Thalgo Revitalising eye cream is also good and if you have a drier eye area then the PSF eye cream is nice too (I still think this one improved the condition of my lashes...). |

I like Origins White Tea eye cream. It's actually the first one I ever used, and now years later it's still the only one I stick with. |

I would suggest trying the Dermalogica Total Eye Care with SPF that Mabsy mentioned. I put this on in the mornings before going out because it has SPF and it's got a texture that I really like. |

MD Formulations antioxidant eye cream is a nice, lightly moisturising one that you might like - it didn't address all of my issues in that area, but would be good as a preventative I think. |

Guerlain Happylogy Glowing Eye Care...my absolute HG! I stopped using it for a while & now I'm using it again & I've really noticed the difference it makes, especially with puffiness!! Another eye cream worth a try might be Cellcosmet??...I haven't used it myself yet, but it seems to be quite popular here. |
