Hi Acnesucks,
I've been following Wai's diet onwww.freeacnebook.com My face is now smoother, less acne, smaller zits & no new breakout.
I only drink fruit juice/eat fruits & salad with extra virgin olive oil for a few days.
Is this diet something like the one you bought?
I would really appreciate it if you could share some tips with us as not all of us are able to buy the e-book.
