| Which one of these is best using as a toner after cleansing as ive read that both are good. |

| I have no idea, but the beauty elixir gets more raves for the lovely scent and the refreshment from the reviews Ive read rather than a toning effect, I think....Although thats good enough for me.... |

do you define toner as something to refresh the skin and prep for follow up treatment or as the final step to make sure your face is clean.
If you are looking for the first, then beauty elixer is lovely if you are not using too many layers on top. It would be great to use under moisturizer, but if you had layers of serums and then moisturizer etc I dont think it would be that great.

I was wondering that too, so I ordered BOTH in the small sizes to see which I like better. It was less than $25.

I don't know which is better as I haven't tried either!
Based on the reviews and raves here, I bought a small bottle of the Beauty Elixer! Its on back order though... |

ohh no, the beauty elixirs on back order??  I was ordering that this week too. oh well, can console myself that it must be that good that everyone wants it...  |

 That's exactly what went through my head right now! I was about to proudly post that I was going to be trying it shortly but then got to the "on back order" bit... I'm sure it won't take long... I only got the small size to see how I like it and to take it on the plane with me as well (my Thalgo is *so* nice but the bottle is too big to travel with  ). |

I know! I got the email that it was backordered...I can't wait to try it though. I mean, after hearing such good things about it!

| I recieved both this morning. I read that the beauty elixir is like a toner mixed with a serum so i cleansed my skin, sprayed the grape water on and left it to soak in then spritzed on the beauty elixir. To be honest neither seems like a normal toner to me. |

i kinda agree with wickwer about the beauty elixir, toner & serum mixed together. i did get a sample of this ages ago & distinctly remember that there was a thin layer of oil floating on top.
key: shake well before use! |
