I just turned 21 and now I have some wrinkles in my forehead. Compared to a lot of other Norwegian males it's not much, but still I want to have a wrinkle free face. Right now I'm using sunscreen in the morning + moisturizing my face about 3 times daily.
What more can I do? My skin is dry/sensitive. I'm thinking about beginning with Biosil. I also take Fish Oil and a extra Vitamin E. I'm also trying to not worrying too much about my wrinkles. Beause worrying = wrinkles. |

Hi There
OK at 21 the wrinkles your experiencing are more than likely caused by expressions your making - such as raising your brows, but also dehydration to a certain extent.
The sunscreen and moisturising is good (but I'm not sure you need to moisturise 3 times a day, but the sunscreen is always a good thing depending on the sunscreen strength your using). With moisturiser, what kind are you using? It might be helpful to try something like an oil close to skin lipids like squalene, emu etc.
Biosil is a good supplement, but it requires you to take it for a long period to really deliver those results. The Fish Oil and Vit E is good, but you might want to add antioxidants, and Vit C also.
So I would pay attention to your facial expression, seeing if you notice when your raising your brows or bringing them together, and then trying to relax those muscles. The other things would be to drink water throughout your day. Not drinking a litre all at once, but sipping a glass maybe every waking hour. This will help your body and your skin within a short space of time. The other thing to do is incorporate some form of massage when your cleansing/moisturising. A popular one here with folks at EDS currently is the Tanaka, but there are many forms out there, but the Tanaka thread has a video which only lasts a couple of minutes and is now in English so that might be a good place to start.

Temperature would also have an impact on skin dryness too, so thatas a good point you mention Blueeyes.

Second this! I've been using nothing but 100 % pure squalane and its the only thing that has made a huge impact on my tiny (stress tiny ) dehydration lines.
Also, maybe you should check if there is any alcohol in your products. The sunscreen I was previously using contained a high amount of alcohol denatured and dried my skin out. |

In addition to insist on sunscreen outside, you can partially stimulate collagen coated the cream or cream in the appearance of fine lines. |

The best thing you can do for your skin right now is to always wear sunscreen on exposed skin every single day. This is the only product that will prevent further damage to your skin as time goes on. |

Sunscreen is very important, no matter how old you are.
Besides, I think your skin might be dry, which would induce the fine wrinkles. Try to use some moisturizing face cream. |

The biggest causes of wrinkles:
-Sun exposure
-Habitual facial expressions
-Smoking
If you've got those three taken care of, that should prevent the bulk of it. |

If you drink alcohol, you have to counter it with LOTS and LOTS of water. When I was younger and partying a lot, my skin really suffered. The fine lines on my forehead will be slightly better if I drink a lot of water. |
