I use hawaiian tropic broad spectrum spf 15 if I'm spending time in the sun. It's not greasy and has a nice tropical fragrance. I put it on my face, and it hasn't clogged my pores. but it's not your everyday type of sunscreen. |

i use sanitas sunscreen. I am a lot like you. Most sunscreen clogged my pores and left me with disgusting acnes. I like sanitas because it is light. I dont think it is very high in spf tho, but I rarely go outside, so in my case it is not a problem. |

Neutrogena ultra sheer sunblock. It goes on non-greasy and doesnt clog pores. They have it even in spf 55! |

For the body, I like Clinique Total Cover Sun Block SPF30. It's doesn't have a really strong scent and it doesn't feel greasy at all (to me). For my face, I either use my Dermalogica Sheer Moisture Tint SPF15 adding their Solar Defense Booster SPF30 if I'll be out in the sun for a while, or sometimes I'll use the Clinique Super City Block Oil-Free Daily Face Protector SPF40. |

I just read an article about sunblock that was tooting the horn of a new one by Neutrogena. It is called Age Shield Sunblock and has an SPF of 45.
This Neutrogena sunscreen uses a new mix of ingredients that mimic an popular European ingredient that effectively blocks both UVA and UVB rays with most US brands do not.
Honey is sleeping and it is hard for me to read in the dark to post more info about it now, but if yo want more specifics let me know and I will post more tomorrow.
I will say that I have this on my shopping list and am hoping that it will not be too difficult to find. |

Alba Botanica is my fav so far- I'm searching too. I picked up a tube of thier facial sunscreen spf20 at a specialty market. It is'nt too heavy, not greasy, and does'nt break me out or clog my pores.
I went to get another tube and they were sold out. Sales girl had people calling for it. I did find they have a website though, albabotanica.com They have a wide variety of the sunscreens, decent prices- some chemical free, some fragrance free etc...and a "hawaian line" that sounds yummy. As an aside, I bought thier coconut dry tanning oil - not for tanning, just for moisturizing my skin w/o the greasies and the SMELL is divine!
• Hypo-allergenic
• Paraben free
• Fragrance free
• No synthetic colors
• pH balanced
• 100% vegetarian ingredients
• No animal testing
want to also try the neutrogena:)

Nui Nui, I spent the whole last night just to find out which sunscreen is worth to try ('coz I need to get a new one). Having read thru all related topics in the forum, I also went to a site which provide lots of useful information. http://www.consumersearch.com/www/family/sunscreen/fullstory.html
I think the most important of all is the ingredients rather than how they claims in their product description. |

I don't find it too greasy or rich on my face ... it does make it alittle more shiny, but not to the point that I'd say it's making my skin way more oily. I love the high SPF and it doesn't have a strong smell (a big plus in my books!). |

I've been using Citrix SPF30 Antioxidant Sunscreen for years and love it. I've also liked Ultraceuticals Antioxidant SPF30, Shiseido SPF55, La Roche Posay SPF30 and Dr. Lewinn SPF30 Moisturising Lotion. |

Liza I have been considering the Citrix sunscreen that you mentioned. Could you compare it to the Shiseido SPF 55 (I use this now)? Do you think it would be a good sunscreen for oily/sensitive skin types? |

I also use Neutrogena in 45. I have had no problem with clogged pores or oilyness. |

LizaA - Please compare Citrix SPF30 Antioxidant Sunscreen with La Roche Posay SPF30 as well. I try to see if I should try Citrix SPF30 Antioxidant Sunscreen or Shiseido SPF55. My biggest problem with sunscreen is that they made my face look shiny/oily!
Thanks. |

tidieu I have oily skin and the Shiseido SPF 55 does NOT make my face look shiny/oily. I would suggest getting a sample of this. It is a very nice sunscreen! |

Thanks TheresaL! I can't really get a sample of Shiseido SPF55 since it's not available here. They have Shiseido SPF50, not sure if it's the same formula. I asked the Shiseido SA here but she does not know. I'll have to look for ingedients list of both to know. I would have to get it from Ebay if I want to use the SPF55 one. |
