For all of you who may go to England and visit Boots store (it's like a wallgreens here in the US), I highly recommend the Denman rollers.
You can't miss them; they are like the velcro rollers sold everywhere but they come in a blue cardboardbox and they are gold in color; the reason being that the roller has a core that retains the heat so that you can put them on, spray a setting lotion and go over your head with the hairdryer for a few minutes and that's it.After that you can leave them on for an additional 5 min or so without using the hair dryer because the core has retained the heat and it's still distributed throughout the hair.

Frodo, Let us know how you like them. Why are they suppose to be the best rollers for hair? I always thought velcro was bad to use on a regular basis. Whenever you see movie stars or models "getting ready" they alway have these kind of rollers in. Thanks for telling us where we could purchase them. Coleen

I don't know whether they are good for hair or not but I think I am going to like them just for the fact they I don't have to use clips etc to hold them in. The way I understand in using them is to use your hair dryer and heat them up while on your head and the inside part of the roller heats up and stays hot/warm for a bit. I will let you know how it goes and in the meantime maybe someone will post that has used these.

I have ones that are similar to the Denman, but they're plastic. I didn't like them. Please do keep us posted on the Denman Ceramic Rollers. Smile

This is what the manufacturer says:

Denmans NEW Thermoceramic self-grip rollers are the fast and simple way to add body volume and curl without the need for clips and pins. The sandwich design each roller features a layer of aluminium which is ceramic-coated to improve heat retention and distribution. Metallic silver self-grip thread smoothes the hair and adds shine. Simply heat with a hairdryer and allow to cool for stronger longer-lasting curls.

Thanks for the definition from the company Frodo. I know ceramic is tons better for your hair.
