Hello, 16 male.
I am wondering, over the summer im going to probably work out at the gym close to everyday, and bike around 1-2 miles to get there, i am in ok-decent shape right now, but i think if i do this i will get in pretty good shape, i know better shape then i am right now.
I am also wondering, will this help in the fading/reducing of my blemishes? i have them from left over acne, whitch i popped, but now im very fragile with my face, i was it once a day with capsiderm and around 1 time a week with a triaz 6% benzoyl peroxide wash.
I think i have sensitive skin, but i am not sure.
-Thanks!

Hi Jehe,
I like your username.
I think all that exercise is good for you and may help to prevent acne but I don't know that it will help heal or fade scarring. By using the right products, you can definitely help heal your scars and improve your skin. There are a lot of options and you've come to the right place for help.
You may have sensitive skin or you may just be sensitive to certain products, like B.P. I know my skin is very sensitive to B.P. but I use other products like Pimple Eraser and it cleared my skin right up and keeps it clear without sensitivity. It's also helping to fade my scars.
Make sure you wash your face right away after exercising to remove the sweat, dirt and oils from your skin and keep your pores from clogging.
Also, avoiding junk food, eating more whole foods and drinking plenty of filtered water will help heal your skin and keep it clear.
I hope this helps. |

haha thanks.
Well, yea exercise will hopefully kick up my inner body, and stop acne... hopefully..
But im not really sure about using new products... just because ive been using these 2 things and its gotten better just by these... Im also taking clindamyican and nicomide... 2 pills, 2 each day.
yes i take a shower after every workout session.
im also on a diet just for lifting, so that should be good. |

For fading acne scars, I recommend the Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel. I've been using it and noticed that my scars are fading and my skin texture is improving. |

Hi exercise...and welcome to the forum
I'd say that all that exercize every day might be a bit too much. You are still growing and your body also needs to recouperate after exercising...biking every day is fine, but working out with weights every day is overkill and could do more damage than good... Maybe there's a personal trainer at your gym you could talk to?
otherwise I agree with Cloes very good advice!
good luck! /R |

exercise must be good for our body. however, in my case, when I used to exercise a lot, I got lots of acnes (maybe from wiping down sweats with my towels). I tried a lot of ways to get around this. Bringing 2-3 towels to wipe my face with but still not working. besides, the idea of using an equipment that somebody else also use, and you dont know whether this person is clean or not. urrrrgggghhh i am a germophobe (is this even a word?).
however, if you want to exercise, more power to you. just make sure you have clean towel to wipe your face, and dont touch your face after touching the equipment to avoid bacterias or germs transfer.
As far as fading scars, I use juice beauty green apple peel, isc serum and valmont serum now. They seem to work very well to fade my scars and even out skin tone.
have fun at the gym.... |
