Does l-glutathione pill ( Active white) work well to lighten the skin colour? I am currently using saffron strand in one glass boiling milk to drink every day to improve my complexion ( Nearly three months). I seen results only one shade but I think it is going to take time  . Do any one know the good whitening cream? Does niacinamide pills work? Please share your thoughts... |

Even I have pale skin, I need to use whitening stuff for my face because I want to get rid of the freckles. So far, I didn't find any whitening product that provides long lasting result.
Recently, I heard about a beauty tip to help whiten the skin. Without eating anything in the morning, take a glass of warm water with some lemon juice. I tried this for about a month and it seems to work. |

Yes, I am intaking one glass of warm water with one tablespoon lemon juice and honey. It gave me little bit shade but I thought it was because I am taking saffron  . Did you every try niacinamide pills powder with the moisture cream? I am going to try that too... Thank you for your reply... |
