Hello, many members on this forum use Flax Seed Oil. Here are some info about product:

I want to try it, but I have allergy to some natural products and I'm not sure if I'm allergic to Flax. I checked on the net for information about Flax Seed Oil allergy and didn't find anything... I will definitely ask my doctor to make some test on this type of oil...until then...have anyone had allergic reaction to Flax Seed Oil?

Hi! I do have some airborne and food allergies but not to Flax oil. I am not sure if this is something that many are allergic too, but have never heard of anyone that was...
If you do decide to purchase one, my favorite is by Spectrum Essentials.

I have tried several different brands of Flax oil and this is the only one that I actually like the taste of... some I couldn't make myself take even if I mixed it with something.
As I have not been to this site in a while I have to thank you for bringing up the subject as I am seeing that they just created a mayonaise with Omega-3 which I am going to have to try as it would be a great way to get more of this into my family...
