can anyone one suggest what i can do to reduce puffiness in the face?I had 3 ipl treatments and have caused swelling though it did go down my skin is still very puffy please can anyone think of how i can get this puffiness down thanks sarah |

I think you should return to where you had the treatment done and ask their opinion. As I have never had this treatment, I don't know if you should have this reaction but you should certainly follow up as soon as possible. |

How long ago did you have them? If more than 3 weeks ago, it should have gone down. Mine stayed puffy for a couple of weeks, full-blown swelling for a week. They can call you in a metro?pack (steroid) for the swelling. Also try arnica, warm compresses (not hot) and motrin (anti-inflammatory). That's the recs I get from my derm. |

if it is cause by fluid retention, u maybe can try lymphtic drainage facial massage, that maybe work!! |
