Hello everyone! wave I've been struggling with my nasolabial folds for a while now due to the construction of my face: even though I'm only about to hit 30 soon, I have quite prominent folds and nothing applied topically seems to help. Thus, I have decided to go down the filler route. I was wondering if those who have experience with Juvederm and Radiesse could tell me what would be more effective for these folds? I know that Radiesse supposedly lasts a bit longer than Juvederm but which one would be better for filling the folds and smoothing them out? I really appreciate any and all help!

I had juvaderm in mine and it has lasted over 2 years now with little if any diminishing, just a natural barely-noticible process.
I also have had restylane and have contimplated the radiesse if needed in the future.
What I have noticed about the fillers is that collagen has bult around them certainly making them last longer.
I would be curious to compare the two. My derm said that radiesse has more "volume" and that is a plus. Cost effective at the time, I chose the juvaderm. But next, who knows?

I have had Juvaderm a couple of times, in my lips, marionette lines and a little in my NL. It's lasted very well in me, about 14-18 months approx.

I am going to a different doctor now and he wants me to try Perlane, but I am abit hesitant, I like that Juvaderm is soft and natural looking.

I've had Restylane in the past and it last about a year and a half. My current derm recommends Radiesse because it can be injected deeper for a more natural result. It's more expensive but supposedly lasts longer than other fillers. It's on my long list of things to do in the future when I have extra cash.
