mick, are these open wounds or partially healed?
If the skin is still broken, then Manuka honey compresses would be good (Manuka is a type of honey that is very high in healing abilities. Just google it to find heaps of info).
If the wounds are closed, then try a combination of Vitamin E oil, Avocado Oil, and Aloe Vera (100%) gel. A bit of lavender oil in with that would be good too. Massage into the skin twice a day, paying attention to the edges of the wound. But do NOT use if the wounds are still broken or too fresh for light massage. |
