For myself, the first big thing I noticed was Vitamin C. It really clarified my skin tone.
But my acne was getting worse over the years and the next best thing was my Vitamin A cream prescription.
Then I discovered Sonya Dakar Omega 3 and I was hooked! What a lovely glow I got from it.
I fine with age, our skin changes and there is time when you need to tweak your skincare regime. Please share your big change notice on your skin. |

My Clarisonic skin care brush. Got rid of flakies/blackheads/clogged pores better than any other exfoliator, evened out my skintone and gave me the smoothest skin. Doesn't do much for hormonal acne but does bring them to head much faster. |

Great thread! I've noticed a difference in my skin (overall brightening and finally less breakouts!) since I started using IS Clinical Super Serum and Active Serum. I also think the Clarisonic brush has made a difference! |

What made the most difference is Dr. Hauschka's Cleansing Cream and Decleor Ylang Ylang oil and Essential Balm. |

I can't really pinpont one or two products yet, still looking. But I think consistency in using products and dilegence in cleaning my face before I go to sleep have helped the most. Also, no longer trying to get a tan is another factor(miss it though), still trying to perfect the sunless tan thing. |

Vitamin C. Cellex-C High Potency and Hydra B5 to be exact. At the time I started it, I used that in the morning and then L'Occitane Immortelle dry oil at night.. the effect was THE most amazing ever. Prompted a friend I had not seen for a while to even comment that I must have changed my routine as I looked so good!!
Have not found another Vit.C as effective, so I am going back to it as soon as current one runs out |

Dremu Oil - deeply moisturizes dry skin. Gives a glorious glow. Also, is super soothing and calming to sensitive skin. |

Avene Eluage Gel (somewhat stronger version of the Ystheal Gel). Gives skin an ultra reflective glow even though my skin is most times dehydrated.
Olay's Microdermabrasion kit
Skin actives's sea kelp with eyeliss, TPF haloxyl, ALA and HA for eye area
TPF's lactic acid
The avene will definitely remain a staple although the rest may come and go due to my straying eye and very fickle nature. As such, I'm obsessing much about the baby quasar eliminating my lust for every new skin care product that is raved about here. |

Hey people,
I've realized that everyone needs a different type of acne cure for their skin. I would try so many but it seemed that they would only INcrease my acne. Damn things. I would get so upset and depressed with the zits that i would cry or just want to die. My skin would look HORRIBLE in some lights and....ugh. Just a freakin nighmare. So i decided to get serious this summer, because there was no school interferring and i could pamper myself at home every day. I considered Pro Activ, but couldn't find it anywhere! So i went with AcneFree. For me, it worked. I know we say that and you just tutt, but if you want to try something new and see if it works, just TRY AcneFree. If it doesn't work for you feel free to yell at me, but this is my personal experience and it truely and sincerely worked after only....about a week or two. Lightning results. i just want to help people who suffer acne because its so horrible to just look in the mirror and be like, EW! I LOOK LIKE A TROLL! when ever my bf would look at me i would look away and hide my face in my hair. Also keep the hair out of the face and dont touch your face with your fingers. Sorry, i'm very random at times.
so if you like, take my advice about AcneFree or dont if you feel like it wouldn't work. But it did for my unfortunate case.
Sincerely,
Socialbutterly |

So far...Bioelements Quick Refiner and vit.C (L-ascorbic acid) powder added to it. Noticeable difference in smoother, brighter skin. |

The best thing for my skin is a really hard two hour work-out in the gym, especially if I haven't had much sleep the night before. Unfortunately I don't always have the time, or the inclination, to do this every day.
A work-out, followed by Valmont Renewing Pack, and I look (and feel) way better. I always try to do this before a big night out. |

Cetaphil and tazorac...cleared my skin in less than a week and kept the acne and hives at bay. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my skin doesn't start liking it and then the products not work anymore. |
