I am totally new for mineral make up. Why applying MMU for my foundation, should I use some special brush that is designed only for MMU or can I use any normal brush, for example, the one normally for loose powder? Thanks all for your answer. |

Hi liangzhiz
I use mineral make-up too and just use a regular powder brush to apply. In areas where I would like more coverage, I might use a make-up sponge or a small brush just to get more make-up on that area (ie under the eyes, a blemish). |

I definately recomend the Jane Iredale Handi Burush for both mineral and non mineral make-up.
The bristles are natural hair so are a lot softer, also the brush picks up and distributes the correct amount of powder and gives a much better finnish.
It is worth investing in the tools |

Bobbi Brown has a very nice brush, the one with the short "nubby" blue handle and full bristle head. |

Liangzhiz, I bought brushes form Essential Beauty Supply.com they have great brushes and the prices are great for the quality. I use both a kabuki brush for foundation application and I use a use a powder brush for finnishing powders. HTH. |

Thanks all for your answers. I think I should try to use the normal powder brush and see. If it is not good, I will buy one. |
