I am very serious about looking after my skin. I am switching to an even higher SS (Vichy) and have changed my foundation so it doesn't react with the SS.
My skin is in excellent condition - I often get compliments on its clearness.
I was wondering if I need a Vitamin C serum?
I am a bit cautious as I've read threads on here about people's skin going a bit crazy using a vit c serum. My skin is very sensitive and it doesn't take much to set it off.
I am not sure about those pesky free radicals roaming about my face though.
 
If I don't use a vit c serum is that happening?
Any suggestions would be very welcome.

I think if you put it to the vote more people couldn't live without C serums than couldn't live with.
But it is acidic so it might upset the balance of your skin. There are other things to fight the peskies and all SS leak a bit so it's worth having a back-up. Red rooibos tea is said to be 100x more powerful at neutralising free radicals caused by UV. You could pick some up from the same site you got your ss samples. This is in a hyaluronic acid base which is neutral. I found it slightly thick myself, but you can water it down slightly if you end up looking laminated.
People like C because it also promotes collagen production and has a skin brightening effect, but there are others.
