Has anyone tried this brand out of Los Angeles? I know that so many customers have been asking about other botanically based ranges, as well as those with organically-grown ingredients. This one looks REALLY interesting!
Any thoughts or interest?

This looked very interesting to me...until I saw the price! Ouch, a little too rich for my blood, let me know if you try anything...perhaps Ill make an exception. |

I would be interested... if I could see a full ingredient list for each product. The products look like they would be awsome!!!! |

I think this line would be just too natural for me and for those that like the natural type products, there are many other brands that could work as well for a lesser price. |

Interesting line. My first impression: its trying to be hip and trendy and has cheap-looking packaging. Second impression: if this girl is so concerned about the environment, she is doing something VERY counterintuitive by charging OUTRAGEOUS prices for her products! $48 for 8.5 oz. of cream rinse for hair is ridiculous - at that price, I had better come out of the shower with the world's most perfect hair and it better stay that way forever! Those prices will not make the average girl (and large consumer base) buy her products - she has obviously created a line that she's hoping the rich, trend-influenced sheeple here in L.A. will buy if they hear that celebrities are using it. Obviously, if people were to look at her line as representative of "organic" skincare, the average person would immediately decide that they cannot afford organic, hence shooting her environmental concerns (seems to be more about $ anyhow) in the foot. The idea is to turn people ON to the idea of organic so they choose that as an alternative hence "saving the environment," not turn them OFF to organic.
And did you see the prices she's charging for her Rich Hippie perfumes? OMG! $300 for 1 itty bitty vial of each of her 13 perfumes (that's the sample set you can purchase), $125 for 1/2 oz. and $325 for 2 oz.! Again, cheap packaging - for those prices, it should come in cut-crystal containers. She obviously wants to become a rich hippy overnight.
Final impression: I left her website feeling insulted - its like she's trying to put one over on the consumer by charging the maximum possible price for her stuff. Her product descriptions don't even really say how each product is supposed to perform for the skin/body/hair. I'd rather save my money and buy outrageously expensive products like Valmont or Cellcosmet - at least those products make some pretty big, concrete promises, and seem to usually deliver on them judging by the reviews on this forum.
I clicked my browser's 'back' button thinking "Oh puhleeeeeeeze! Give me a BREAK!" to myself! On principle alone, I wouldn't purchase her products if they were the last skincare range on the planet.
But that's just my humble opinion. |

Wow...RICH Hippie is right...
I might be tempted to try the line if it were cheaper.
I agree, a full ingredient list would be good (funny, 6 months ago I wouldn't have thought anything about ingredients!!! Yay EDS!). |
