I am an indian girl with very sensitive medium brown skin. My skin gets tanned very fast even with little exposure to sun.The skin colour becomes dark by almost 2 shades in summer and than during winter it lightens back to original medium brown colour on its own. How do i prevent it from getting dark in summer? Is that any good sunblock which would prevent skin from getting dark?
And if the skin gets dark , how can i remove the tan and how to prevent it further from getting dark. Any skin whitening /brightening gels? I dont want to whiten my skin more than my natural colour..All i want is some gel which would help me get my natural skin colour in summer. |

I have used coopertone spf 50 when I go into the sun and do not want a tan. I would also suggest wearing everyday, wearing a hat and sunglasses. This helped me.
As for whitening tanned skin without lightening your natural colour that might be hard/expensive to do. I would make sure you exfoliate with loofah daily from head to toe and use a gentle made for daily use alpha hydroxy moisturizer. This should help get rid of your tan in a few days. |

A loofah is a rough material that (you can buy from walmart ) for a few dollars and they are long lasting. You will find it in the cosmetics section where the sell bath brushes, pumice stones etc.
The method I gave you is the one I use because I'm not interested in lightening my body either. If you are in the States you can get any generic alpha hydroxy moisturizer for your face. Just be sure to put on sunscreen before you go out. If you are in Canada, I believe the one i used when I was there was Neostrata 8% facial lotion. I'm not positive. |

Hello Indian1978,
A good product to use is Godiva skin whitening. It really works!!! You will start to see a difference within 7 days. It is a natural product containing Licorice. It is not expensive. You can go to their websitewww.godivaskincare.com and read about their product. Then when you are ready to order go towww.naturefina.com, you can buy the product cheaper there. Hope this helped. If you have any other questions let me know.
P.S. How do I know about Godiva, I use it my self. I have a medium brown complexion myself, and am of the Caribbean. |
