:::Sorry for the length of this post:::
Since I was a teenager I used to get these water type blisters on the soles of my feet near my arches. Due to the very thin and sensitive skin there. They are kind of like the size of a small pimple but slightly deeper in the skin.
My Skin doctor back then said that they were normal and most likely caused by my sweaty feet. I think she called them heat blisters The only solution she said was to make sure I didnt wear socks or shoes unless I was going out of the house. This didnt seem to work then but over time the occurance on my feet started to decrease. (I encreased my hygine efforts as well.)
From time to time they still appear not as bad but they are appearing on top of my foot and occasional on the palms of my hands or the back of my hands. They are normaly very small and not noticible but they itch like crazy, and if I itch them they seem to get bigger.
I was wondering if anyone else has come across something like this or might have some idea as what I can do? I am planing to see a new dermatologist but have to wait 2 months for an opening.

I think these little water blisters are quite common on the hands, I used to get them a lot and they did itch, especially at night! I soon discovered they only came on contact with cleaning materials, so now I always wear rubber gloves. If they do come back I have some Synalar ointment, which I use sparingly..so much so that I notice it is out of date, but still works fine. I did get couple of other creams from the doc, but they did nothing. Maybe you are allergic to your washing powder or fabric conditioner, or it could just be the heat of your foot as you say. |
