I am considering trying this product, but I wanted to see which is the best to get -- the citrus, sage, or rose? If you've used the sage, does it smell masculine? |

I ordered the Rose, so I'll post back after I've used it for a while. |

I have the Rose scented one. It comes in a spray bottle. To me it smelled like a 1970's air freshener at first. It takes about 10 minutes for that to go away. As for it's effectiveness I would not use this during warm months or if you live in a hot climate. I live in Sweden and I use it now since it's cold here. The bottle is very small for the price, and here Weleda costs half of what it does in North America even with that I doubt that I will repurchase this item. |

Has anyone ever tried those crystal deodorants? I think they are literally made from crystal?
It would be nice to NOT spraying chemicals under one's arms, and yet still being fragrant! |

I've used both the citrus and sage Weleda deodorants. I like them both a lot and didn't find the sage to be especially masculine. To me it smelled more herbaceous (like rosemary) than woody (like pine). I haven't yet tried the wild rose but I plan to.
I use them all year round, even though it gets very hot and humid where I live (90-100 F in July/August). I haven't had any problems with the deodorants not being effective, but I've also noticed that since switching to an all organic diet, body odor is MUCH less problematic. |

Thanks for posting that, shanno. That's encouraging. I am hoping that I like the rose scent at least enough to finish it. I sure don't want to smell like room deodorizer like other posters have mentioned. I was concerned that the citrus might sting a bit (due to whatever is in it giving the citrus scent), and I was unsure about the sage because I didn't see a lot of comments about it. I may try the sage if the rose is too perfumey for me. I am so hoping it's not! I hate when deodorant scent competes with perfume scent. |

My pleasure! I'd love to hear what you think of the rose scent. I'm eager to try it, but my husband has been rather skeptical about it. (He's not crazy about floral scents.) So, I just keep buying the citrus and sage. But I'm thinking that if it's anything like the Dr. Hauschka Rose Body Oil that I LOVE, it could be really appealing. |

Posting back... so far, I like this Weleda Wild Rose deodorant spray! I do 3 sprays under each arm in the morning, give it a few minutes to dry some, and that's it for the day. I do not need to re-apply later in the day to control odor -- I am surprised at how well it lasts for me! I do have 1-2 times during the day where I am not feeling 100% dry in the 'pit area, but that's OK right now -- still no odor then. When I use this up, I will probably try the citrus scent to compare. I can see how, if one is not a big rose-scent fan, this scent might not be ideal. But the scent fades and then smells clean to me -- and I am not a rose-scent fan. Even now, 14 hours after spraying -- I can barely smell 'pit odor. That never happened even with antiperspirant/deodorant products I used to use! I hope it works this well for others who try it. |

I prefer the citrus one. It's a refreshing pick me up and makes me feel sunny and happy in the morning and believe me sometimes I just need that ray of sunshine when I roll out of bed the wrong way. |

Weleda deodorants are excellent. I use the citrus, which I think smells like quinine. A friend uses the sage and she always smells so good! I love the fact that, if necessary, this deodorant can be reapplied during the day without any build-up. Great stuff. |

I also have it... used it only once, and I agree, it really does smell like a 1970's air freshener!
Unfortunately, I didn't think it smells anything like rose, and I really couldn't stand the smell of it (it's rather strong)... but that's just me... some may love the scent... |
