Thought it would be nice to find out that of the many things we use and like, which products do we LOVE, and why? As in what has it done for you, healed acne, got rid of large pores/blackheads, been kind to your dry skin, taken away oiliness, etc.
I know there was a post for what we use, but this is for what are those "OMG I love this and my skin can never do without it" prods.
How about what the product is and what your skin type is and how its benefitted from using it.
I am trying to decide on which one(s) would be mine, and I'll post shortly. |

I'm very fond of Karen Herzog Oxygenating cream at the moment. Seems to really zap any break out, it's smoothed my bumpy skin and is very good if you're performing pore extractions. Also helps with excessive oiliness.
edited to add:
Almost forgot, I have oily skin and open pores.

I have found that since starting the Sothys line, i have had nothing but positive results. I have the Hydra-Protective Vitamin Serum and the Purifying Beauty Milk, and wow! The cleanser is absolutley amazing. I haven't come across a milk cleanser that is made for combo skin, but this one is and works wonders. Hasn't made me break out, *knock on wood*, and the serum does everything it claims to do. Love these products!! |

I have sensitive skin and developed melasma from birth control pills. I am currently using (along with taking MSM) TNS Skin Medica Serum, Isa Knox Intensive Whitening and Photoderm SPF 100 (which was mentioned by another member on the discussion boards). I looked into the Isa Knox products after another member mentioned different Korean products. The Photoderm SPF 100 is the first chemical sunscreen I can use without irritation. Before finding this, I used Clientelle chemical free sunblock which was an SPF 30, but if I went out in the sun I'd still get brown patches. I believe that oxybenzene (sp?) is the chemical that I'm allergic to in suncreens that the Photoderm does not contain.
After years of struggling with the hyperpigmentation, I am pretty happy with my skin right now since I've found products that deliver results. It's nice to know there's something you can do to fix the problems. Yesterday, a stranger pulled up and told me I was "drop dead gorgeous" and asked if I was single. I made a point to let my fiance know! |
