I have to say I love the live help option. I just screwed up my EDS order and never thought to use it until a forum member suggested it. EDS just keeps getting better and better !
A big Thank you to the nice live help lady(Caspers mum) hope that is okay to say .

I may be the loner in this but I HATE live help! I've never had Casper's Mum help me on live help but I've tried it 2 times and I was left HANGING.  I asked my question and the lady just never returned or replied. Of course there was someone ON the other end as she started by asking what I needed assistance with. Got a few replies on what I wanted to ask and when I told her my details and asked the question she seemed to just disappear. I was on the computer and left the screen open for an hour waiting and NOTHING! I tried to give it another chance but after this happening to me 2 times regarding product questions I give up. I get faster responses with regular email CS from EDS than their live help. Oh and the ladies that helped me were different in those 2 times too! |
