Hi everyone
Just wanted to share a little something
I usually use Fake Bake tanning lotion but a few weeks ago bought some Sun Labs Ultra Dark sensation off ebay. It is fantastic (well it definately suits my skin). Although Ive used and love Fake Bake for years this went on so much better and did not look half as muddy looking as the Fake Bake. I put some on almost two weeks ago and Have not applied any since. It is just starting to fade a little but only on the top of my legs.
Fake Bake usually goes patchy on me within 5 - 7 days.
Oooh and another thing it had a lovely marzipanie smell Definately a re purchase of this for me |

Hi
yes it is a lotion but where as Fake Bake gives you that dirty muddy look until you wash the guide off this goes on dark but doesnt appear that much lighter once you wash it off. id say it was about the same darkness as fake bake - maybe slightly darker. it lasted so much longer too and hasnt gone patchy like what Fake Bake did on me. It may be different on other people as ive found that friends have recommended self tans before that look really good on them but found that they havent really suited me. For me this has been the best so far. i gog mine off ebay - 8oz for £14.99.Ive only tried the lotion in this. I cant say what the spray or mousse would be like. The one I got was the Dark Sensation which I think is supposed to be the darkest
i hope this helps

Awesome, thank you! I use L'oreal Sublime Bronze because it works so well on me, but I usually reapply every other day. I feel like I waste half the day waiting for it to dry. |

I also second Loreal sublime bronze if you want a peachy-brown color. If you want something really dark brown then look into St. Tropez! |

You can get fake bake here on EDS.
Does anyone know how strong the smell, if any, is for fake bake? Also, does it transfer that nasty yellow colour to clothes? |

salster68 - If you're still watching this thread ... how dark are you? I'm polynesian/asian and have been using self tanning products for 10 years.
Most products are too light for me but I'm loving L'Oreal's Sublime Bronze. In makeup, I'm usually the "tan golden" type color.
I've heard great stuff about Fake Bake and St. Tropez but it's expensive to try if the color is weak. |
