Third day now...any suggestions? They feel so tight! Little painful..not much. haven't had swollen feet since last time I travelled..which is unfortunately several years! (flying,,hotels etc) Am a little concerned,,BUT..last thing I NEED RIGHT NOW IS A MEDICAL BILL!!!
Help? Anyone? |

Ah, yes. The bane of my shoe size 3 existence.
Have you been sitting a lot what with SO's stroke and stuff? You may have to go to the doctor, but first may I suggest a nice very warm foot soak with either epsom salts or preferably sea salt? Also, be sure to drink lots of water.
Hope this helps. It often works for me, 'specially using sea salt.

When things are swollen are you suppose to elevate them? Also I'd try massing/rubbing them and get some circulation to them. |

Remedy for swollen ankles / legs:
Soak your feet in a tall bucket up to your knees with hot water. Put some sea salt and vinegar in the bucket. Rub your feet / legs with washing cloth for about 5 min and soak in for another 5 to 10 min. Put on socks and elevate your legs. |

Everything that MACrisis said, and if you don't have sea salt on hand, epsom salts or even baking soda will also help. |
