Yep, I'm one of those dumb peeps who gave them my debit card number to pay for shipping for their 30-day lip plumper trial.
I did not like either product (the 3-step product, or the yucky, runny lip enhancer that DOESN'T work). So I sent them back, yadda-yadda, got my money back, told them that I never wanted any more, and all was good.
Last month they sent me more!! After I had specifically specified that I did NOT want the "subscription" to get more every month. I quickly went online to look at my debit card statement to make sure that they didn't charge me for this stuff.
Ah, good, they didn't charge me.
I sent the stuff back before they COULD charge me.
Today I'm looking online at my money, and lo and behold, they have given me a refund for $30-something!
I went back and double-checked to be sure that they really, really never charged me in the first place. They hadn't.
And I thought this day was turning out to be pretty crummy.  |

Normally this sort of thing doesn't happen to me either, but, something good had to happen today. Every other little teeny thing was going awry.  But, it's getting better. Only uphill from here! |
