Here's what I'll be watching this season: Prison Break, Grey's Anatomy (aw yeh!), Top Model, the Bachelor, and of course, Flava of Love. Even if Flava Flav is a repulsive little gold-toothed leprechaun, I just can't stop watching, LOL! I'm also looking forward to Idol, and I'm seeing the So You Think You Can Dance show at the end of the month when it comes to Cleveland.

My shows not on until January, "24". If I had cable I'd watch "Monk" & "The Daily Show".

Weeknights:

MASH reruns
The Most Extreme (on the Animal Channel)
Star Trek reruns (original)

with an occasional foray to the Travel Channel to watch Rick Steves on one of his adventures.

Weekends:

Continuous showings of Sherlock Holmes, Poirot, MidSommer Murders, Inspector Morse, or that other mystery with Timothy Hutton in it (forgot the name). DH and I watch these things over and over again. Laughing We're always out of touch with the new programs.

Well since I went almost a full year without TV this past year since last fall, I am definitely looking forward to "my shows" starting this season. My lineup:

Survivor
Lost
Las Vegas
Grey's Anatomy
Amazing Race (but it better not be another crappy family one LOL)

and some new shows that I've gotten into recently:

The Office
Windfall
Men in Trees (just saw the season premiere and it looks like it's going to be a pretty good show)

Hmmm I really liked Invasion when I saw a few shows last year. Wonder if that's coming back.

Shows I wish would still be on: X-Files, Roswell, Star Trek TNG, Alias

I miss BTVS more than Angel but I do have all the DVD's. I'm such a bad tv geek that I forgot to mention Firefly! And worse, Blade, a show that is starting to take off....love the cliffhanger! Razz

I don't even remember what life was like before my DVR.

I forgot House and Monk and Psych.

And did anyone ever see "Miracles" (Skeet Ulrich's ill-fated tv show)? So good.

I thought that's what may have happened. I caught an episode of Prison Break and saw him on it. That's too bad Sad We need another good alien show on tv. LOL

Shock TV? You mean without a Y rating? Doesn't happen in my house Laughing - While the TV's are commandeered by the other inhabitants of my house I'm usually off in the kitchen making products Cool

Well here in Japan of course our "seasons" run differently to the US and we are ALWAYS behind.

We dont watch any Japanese TV on a regular basis as most of it is total and utter c**p. About 90% of our TV is cable... I tend to watch a lot of CNN (especially American Morning, which over here is on when I am preparing/eating dinner. Laughing). We also tend to stumble around on History Channel or Discovery Channel.

On cable, the fall/winter season just starting we have coming up (or just started)

The OC (season 1)
Grey's Anatomy (season 2)
Desperate Housewives (season 2)
CSI Miami (season 4)
rerun of Third Watch (season 3 - first run we only watched season 5-6)

5 set shows a week is enough! (we tend to tape and watch when we have spare time). A couple of other shows we watch from time to time are:
Cold Case (season 2)
Six Feet Under (season 3)

Just/recently finished from the spring/summer season:

Without a Trace (season 2)
West Wing (season 4)
Monk (season ..um.. 3 I think)
Star Trek Enterprise (season 4)
Joey (season 2 - my lapse into nothingness)

We love 24, but we have to rent that on DVD (somehow we always miss the season start when it is on Fuji TV) and I prefer to do a whole season in one weekend. So we have only ever had time for season 1 (and a few sneaked episodes of later seasons when in Oz or when we stumble across them on Fuji TV)

Japan has a nasty habit of starting a series and then dumping it. NHK (government affiliated broadcaster) showed season 1 & 2 of Alias and then it never came back. grrr.. same with Will & Grace... and another channel with Frasier. Those are two sitcoms I would kill to see the full run of.

I started watching that program on the Womens network in Canada. I found that I wasn't alone in eating crap and forgetting just how much of it had gone in. Is this show in current production?
