| I have these little bumps some appear to be red ALL over my body... my thighs... my calves.. my arms... my chest.. my back..... on my back and on my chest they appear to look like pimples (big,bumpy,red) i can rip it off but then it rises up like a bug bite... i hate it, i hate to show my skin because of it >___< i supposedly have dry skin so i put Cetaphil (lotion) on after i shower... should i try stopping? and is there ANYTHING i can do? |

Well I would suggest exfoliating, but I think you should see a Dr first and make sure it's not a rash or an allergy. If it's acne then try a glycolic body wash and moisturiser, or exfoliate with a loofah in the shower everyday.
