I have very dry, sensitive skin and would love a recommendation for a new moisturizer. I was given the name of a cleanser to try, but before I order, I would love to get a suggestion for a moisturizer so I can get them both at once.
The recommended cleanser is:

La Roche Posay Toleriane Dermo Cleanser so I would love something to work with it, but that perhaps keeps wrinkles at bay as well.

If you want to stay with LRP, they make a Vit C and I like their Hydro-active Emulsion (BioMedic) Here is a link for more info:

Kinerase Cream is also nice.

I have sensitive skin and haven't had a problem with Skin Medica Vit C or their Dermal Repair.

I haven't had a reaction from any of these.

The Jurlique Rose Day Cream might be a good choice for you. It is VERY moisturizing and good for delicate, aging skin. Cellular Skin Rx's Calming BioLipid Repair cream is for sensitive skin that has a tendency to get red and irritated but it is not as thick as the Jurlique. I also think simple rose hip oil is a nice choice for dryness when your skin is sensitive.

As I'm familiar with your concerns, I will advise the following moisturizers for your consideration: B Kamins Booster Blue Moisturizer SPF15, Kinerase Cream, Cellcosmet Sensitive Day, or Valmont Soothing Cream Dermo.

Hi Lizzie

welcome- your a newie like me!! i used to work in PR for a whole host of these beauty products and I must say, that using natuaral as possible products are always better.

Dr.Hauscka - they even do sample sizes for you to try, the rose day cream is second to none

Neal's Yard- this is fabulous. espcially the rose face oil, which will help your skin as it is dry, and should not irrtate your skin (99.9% unlikely). you can use it in the evenings too, just make sure you follow up in the day with sunscreen.

there is a fabulous rose cleanser which comes with its own muslin cloth. if they have stores in the US, just take empty pots with you to fill with samples of the product, as you should just eplain you are allergic to most ingredients... get them FOC (free of charge)

I have very dry skin, although not sensitive, and can second the Neal's Yard Remedies recommendations. Their Frankincense Cream is particularly soothing and moisturising.

I wanted to check out the Jurlique Rose Day Cream but didn't see it at EDS. Does it have another name or did you get it elsewhere?

I'm sorry that should have been Dr. Hauschka's Rose Day cream and the Jurlique Wrinkle Softening Beauty Cream.
