when using serums is it most effective when each vitamin or specific ingredient is in one serum? Is having an individual ingredient more effective than having a multivitamin serum? |

I would say that it depends on the quantities in which the vitamins are present. You may find that multivitamin serums have much lower concentrations of the vitamins that are in them (or they don't specify concentrations at all - which to me just means that there isn't enough of the stuff in there!). There may also be some "compatibility" issues with the different ingredients reacting - not sure about this, just a thought.
