Guys and gals, do NOT order from Herbal-inn. The compnay which does whitening products? Excellent products i must say, but they have just dissapeared. I was so dissapointed coz i thought their boy lotion worked rather well on me. I ordered and pay for another bottle almost 3 months ago, and it has just been gone without a trace. I emailed them countless times, including my PayPal receipt, without any reply. I was suspecting it to be checked by the customs but its been 3 months already! Thats $50 USD gone. Sigh.... so upset.

Did you use your cc with paypal? If so then file a dispute with your cc company to get your money back.
Thanks for the warning. Does the website have any contact phone number? Have you tried calling them? I never order from website without physical addy and phone number listed on their contact us page. |

Yes i ordered straight from their website.www.herbalinn.com
Nop they only have their email and their address posted on their website. Im all the way over in Australia so the address won't help.
Mtview, what do you mean by cc? |

You need to file a complaint through Paypal...dispute resolution.

Or directly through your credit card company.
I might be inclined to go directly through my credit card company, as I've filed with paypal before I was screwed over (at that time, I don't know if their policy has changed or not) because the person I was trying to get my money back from canceled their account before I could get my funds returned. But that's just me |
