The artist, not the food!

His official website announced that they are adding new Canadian dates to his tour... and he's coming to Ottawa!!!!

Ok, I'm SO excited about this and will purchasing my ticket as soon as they go on sale (lucky for me my sister is as big of a fan)!

Can't wait! Drool

I know, I know, I'm a dying breed!!! I became a fan because I always used to have my older sisters around listening to him, and I kind of caught on and LOVED his Bat Out of Hell, Back Into Hell II albut (released circa 1993), and I've enjoyed all his albums since!

A few years ago, I worked at the American Music Awards, & Meatloaf was one of the hosts. I was blown away by what a polite, kind person he is. I guess I'd imagined he was the 17 year old in "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights."
Very nice guy!

Wow! He's still touring? I'm surprised. Has he put out anything new lately? I don't think I've heard any new stuff for a while. I did like his Bat Out of Hell Album but I must admit I have listened to it in years.

saw him at Wembley in December 03, feb 04 both at least I think it was those years (memories going). We were sat rightto the side of the stage & could see front & back, so we saw when he collapsed & had to go to hospital. Which was why we saw him twice cos we got a free reshow.

Then we saw him at Warwick Castle in 2005 & his support band which were called Hurricane party & are now known as Roadstar were fantastic & we go & watch them play as often as we can. They are kinda guns n roses bit AC/DC infact they do a good mix of rock which is great for an olde rocker chick like me. Laughing

Which reminds me saw Guns N Roses live at Wembley this year. Twas fantastic. should have also seen Bon Jovi but we got ripped off for the tickets by a company that went freakin bust. Still trying to get the money back for that. But I didnt want the money I wanted to see Jon.

Seeing deep purple next year.

So now you all know I am a complete music freak, please don't hold it against me.
