I think that these bath salts are very relaxing and they do indeed work in terms of keeping my skin smooth. You do need to drink a lot of water and then it's a nice touch to follow it up with some lovely skin cream, lotion or oil that works for you. The nice thing is there's a lot and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Even with a small cut on my knee, the bath salts (word salt worried me) didn't sting. |

Thanks for the review Basil. I have heard other good comments on the Ahava bath salts so I may give them a try in the future. |

Dead Sea Salt - Been a big fan for years and years, I sometimes disolve a spoon full in a bottle of evian and use it as a toner if my skin is going thru a really sensitive time...over here it is easier to get the Finders Dead Sea Salts...any no matter what make a good as long as they are genuine and from the Dead Sea... |

I love sea salt and mineral salt baths, with a drop of lavender oil... pure relaxation! |

I didn't even think to try adding the dead sea salts to bottled water as a toner but you are right...it's so basic I wouldn't have thought of it.
On the lavender suggestion, I have to say, I have just in the last 2 weeks discovered the benefits of lavender. I may be going ga ga crazy for lavender..... |
