This is a very nice highlighter/concealer that does not crease at all. It is very light and not at all cakey.
I don't generally have dark circles so I use it more to highlight the eye area. I'm not sure how well it would work if someone wanted to conceal very dark circles. |

An excellent concealer/highlighter. I'd also recommend it. |

Chellsta, this stuff is a major keeper in my make-up bag. It doesn't crease, doesn't cake and doesn't flake. And it does reflect light so the darkish circles and fine lines seem to fade somewhat. I do have darkish circles and I find it freshens, brightens and conceals the area beautifully. I luv it .
The only thing I dont luv about it is that once you get down to the very end of the applicator, it is hard to get that last bit out. And virtually impossible to break into so I tend to buy 2 at a time to avoid tantrum throwing, destructive behaviour in my bathroom |

This is the staple of my makeup program-usually it's the touche eclat, blush & a dab of gloss & I'm good to go.
It lasts a long time, too. |

Funny I should find this thread... I just bought this!! At BNE airport on the way home 2 days ago I wanted to get the Guerlain eyelid base, but they did not have any. The woman turned me over to YSL and I was so impressed (she applied it) that i walked out with it.
She said it made a good eyeshadow base and being so creamy was gentle to the eye area (the Guerlain is very solid). Mind you, even duty free the stuff still cost me AU$46 |

i prefer Guerlain's version of this, Precious Light Smoothing Illuminator. it's not as well known, but i find it more moisturising (YSL can get cakey on my eyes) and pleasant to use. |

I've tried both the YSL and Guerlain versions, and found they didn't give me enough coverage on my dark circles - but they are really bad and it takes a lot to cover them even a bit. They were both fab for brightening areas where I have some darker spots though. |

Another vote for the Guerlain version - used the YSL for years but my local store ran out so I tried the Guerlain and its even better. They also have more shades, it lasts longer and was slightly less expensive too. |
