Well I'm sooo impressed with Ice Elements, I couldn't wait to write a short review of my progress so far with this skincare line...I will keep it short since I just started to use it, but man I'm lovin' this line so far! I will update this thread later on with my further progress since my sensitive skin can turn on me after I think I've found something I love. 
First off, customer service over at the ice elements website is outstanding (almost as great as EDS)! Shelly practically bent over backwards to get the right products for my skintype since I told her how sensitive my skin was. She recommended the normal/dry skincare range for me to try, but told me not to use the toner that came with the pack, I guess it wouldn't be suitable for sensitive skin, instead she said she could throw something else in there for me to try instead. So I ordered normal/dry sample pack, and 2 samples of the 2mm gel. It took about 2 weeks to get to Canada, but like everything else it probably sat at customs for a week...and its also that busy time of year for shipping, so I wasn't too worried about the length of time it took to get here!
I was hesitant to use this at first because everything freaks out my skin and I didn't want freaked out skin for Xmas! Well my skin was looking like crap anyhow with hormones and stuff, so I bit the bullet and thought I'd see how the 2mm exfoliating gel would be and I was very surprised with the results! It was so gentle to use and made my skin super soft! My moisturiser glided on so smoothly and all my flakies were gone...I instantly fell in love! I like this alot better than any other exfoliater I've ever tried! Its so gentle to use for sensitive skin and I'll definately be repurchasing this when my samples start running low!
After a few more days I got a bit braver and thought what the heck, I'll try the other samples! So before bed I used the creme cleanser, and this also blew me away! After cleansing my skin was so soft and hydrated, I didn't even feel I needed a moisturiser afterwards. Then I tried the moisturiser itself...this one I was leary about since it has a very nice scent to it, lavender I think since the ingredients do say lavender oil and I am highly allergic to any fragrances in skincare! Well I put it on, and guess what? No burning, no irritation, nothing! It was light, yet very moisturizing! In the morning my skin was still soft as a baby's butt and the pillow wrinkles I usually get whilst sleeping were very miminal, not as pronounced as they usually are. I've been using this for a week now and my skin hasn't freaked out yet (cross my fingers and toes)! There was also a .5 ounce sample of the anti-aging serum, but I haven't tried this one yet, but it does have a nice gel like consistency to it, almost like a HA serum, and it didn't seem sticky when I applied it to my hand, I will report back on this one later on.
Well, I guess that wasn't a very short review afterall  I'm not a great reviewer like some of the ladies on the board, but I thought I'd share my progress so far with Ice Elements! I just might have found my HG skincare routine, and it makes me so excited, I just couldn't keep it too myself any longer!  |

This is actually a GREAT review. I support your statement on IE's outstanding customer service and ability to really find the right product for their customers.
Since I have made this same discovery, I have been recommending our Quasar Light Therapy customers to contact Ice Elements about skin care products that will compelement their skin care regimen.
This is extremely helpful for people in your situation who have had such a hard time finding products that work well with your skin.
I will continue to watch this thread and watch progress.
I know that the Ice Elements 2 minute miracle (2mm) has help yield great results in combination with the Baby Quasar and Quasar SP as it is a fast and effective exfoliant.
It is definitely worth researching and engaging in their community atwww.iceelements.com They as well have a very informative message board: http://www.iceelements.com/msg-board/
I think another amazing thing they are doing over there is they were offering a sample of the 2 minute miracle for FREE and only pay $2.99 shipping (or around there). Talk about confidence in their product!

Moosette!!! What a GREAT review on the IE products!! I am so very happy for you and I can honestly share in your excitement with your results. You will see more improvement the longer you use them. Have you tried the Blueberry Fusion Mask yet? It is wonderful--really firms the skin. I use it 3-4 times a week. I have a great regimen using these products with my Quasar SP. Would never give up this unit for anything. My husband didn't even bat a eyelash paying for this knowing how well the Baby Quasar worked on my face. Oh, please keep us all posted on your continual results. Shelly will be on Feb. 14th. The times will be posted at the top of the IE website. I'm liking this line so far myself. I've only been using it a week (so too soon to give a real review), but so far I like what I'm seeing. However, I did get one cystic acne spot right between my eyebrows and a few very small pimples within the first few days, BUT they are all going away now and no new spots have surfaced (apparently this is normal sometimes when switching routines).
I bought sample packs of both the Normal/Dry and Normal/Oily, but I have settled on Normal/Oily for my skin type (combination). I also purchased the samples of the 2 Minute Miracle which I also like. I haven't been 100% perfect in getting it at the right moment to have it ball up on me (I'm still perfecting the right timing), but most time I have gotten it to ball up and my skin feels so soft after! I'd also ordered a full size of the eye serum which I've only been using a week, and I think I can see a small improvement already on one side (I have dark circles and one side seems darker than the other ... so the "less" dark side does seem a little brighter so far). I'm very excited about trying this serum longer.
I have been impressed enough to order a full size kit of the N/O, as well as the eye cream, blueberry masque, 2MM and the Squalane (I thought this would be nice for my cheeks if they ever feel a bit dry).
Note: I have still been using my IS Clinical Active Serum every second night (I had been using this for about 3 months (along with the Super Serum), which did help control my breakouts and make my skin more even toned) and my Dermalogica PowerFirm Eye/Lip. But I believe my skin is looking less dehyrated in areas, the tone still seems really good, and the pores around my nose "seem" to be a little smaller, so I do believe this line has made a small difference in just a week so far. Can't wait to see the continued progress!

I am excited for you also!! That squalane is absolutely wonderful stuff. I have normal skin--used to have combination but after using the products for a couple of months it just normalized and now I can use either N/D or N/O so what I do is use the N/O in the am and the N/D every pm. I also use a couple of drops of the squalane and my skin just drinks it up. Softens the lines especially beneath the eye area and nose to mouth. I also use the squalane when I do my treatment with the Quasar rather than using the HA acid. I just may get some though just to experiment with the unit and give James a review on both. Oh yes, you can't beat the personal touch with their customer service. I know that I can call Shelly anytime if I need to and Frankie too. Just recently I bought my mother some products from her that HSN did not have in stock and she took good care of me to obtain those products. I am certain she does this with all her customers and not just me. If you ever get over to their message board my name is buffy. I've been using the products since July. In the beginning I had little tiny bumps along the jaw line that developed but soon they went away and haven't had a problem since. So it is true that you may experience a little purging and you may have had some clogged pores. Well, I hope you have a wonderful holiday season! Addie aka Buffy |

That's an understatement! They are both just the nicest, friendliest people. I had a question on shipping and Frankie left me his cell number to call! They both seem to be available almost anytime, but if you call and get thier message service, they will call back shortly.
Just the loveliest people! And I cannot get over 2MM - after using that product, my skin is soooooo smooth! |

I am so happy to hear that you are having such fantabulous results!
I can sooo relate to having the flakies and being amazed at the 2 minute miracle exfoliation gel and the creme cleanser. I never knew a cleanser to be so gentle and hydrating before finding Ice Elements.
I also agree with you all about the customer service. Shelly and Frankie are absolutely amazing people. They really care about their customers and want to do whatever they can to help. It is obvious to me that people come first with them, business second.

You know when you are so amazed at how well a product is working that you are almost afraid to say it out loud for fear of ruining it? Well, that is how I feel about IE. But, I just can't hold it in any longer! This line is simply amazing. I have been experiencing hormonal breakouts for almost 2 years now (I am 42). I have dryish skin but, with the breakouts, was trying every acne product/line out there. My acne continued regardedless and my skin looked dehydrated and flaky. I found that I was avoiding seeing people and social occasions which is not my normal personality. I found myself literally praying for relief.
I decided to give the IE line a try mostly because of what I was reading on their message board. The ingredients are really soothing (high-grade aloe-based) and the application of them is almost spa-like, if that makes any sense. Not only did the breakouts along my jaw and chin clear up quickly but so did all of the bright red "healed" blemishes/spots. I am fair-complected and those red marks were like bright chicken pox!! The results I just mentioned were achieved in less than 2 weeks. I am impatient by nature when it comes to stuff like this so I was thrilled.
I have been using the line for almost 4 weeks now and the real test for me was this week, THAT time of the month. I have had 2 small blemishes that resolved within a day.
I now own each of their products and I have already seen some texture improvements around my eyes and tightening around my jawline.
IE came along at a point where I was really getting discouraged and it has achieved results ALREADY that even Rx products haven't.
IE is beyond a HG line for me!

I'm using the Ice Elements normal-to-dry moisturiser at the moment. MACrisis was lovely enough to have sent it to me because I was silly when I was packing for my trip and I had run out of moisturiser last week  My skin has also been on the dry side here - it's more used to the Australian humid climate and definitely not used to me using a heater all the time! The moisturiser has been very nice indeed - it feels light but it's moisturising enough. I don't think it would be enough for very dry skins though but it seems to be just right for my skin here in this drier climate. I haven't tried any of the other IE products. |

Hi Mabsy,
What a nice friend you have!
Your post reminded of another aspect of the IE line that I am really appreciating. The products for 'normal to dry skin' are TRULY for normal to dry skin. In other lines that I have tried, the 'normal to dry products' tend to be heavy and sticky. They were always too much for my dry skin and they would be way... too much for normal skin. The IE N/D moisturizer is extremely hydrating but light and silky. If someone has extra dry skin, IE offers pure squalane to apply with or over the moisturizer for extra hydration. I love that option; it allows you to tailor the product to your skin's specific needs! |

Frankie sent out a couple of the "try it" packs. He onloy charged me what it cost him to send it to me.
Plus, it had arrived before I he gave me details of how to pay him.
It also took me a while to pay - I was having trouble ringing out of Australia - my fault as I wasn't dialling the exit code.
Also, I wanted to pay them through the site as it was secure to use my credit card but it wouldn't le me.
Anyway, I was feeling awful not paying immediately and Frankie was so nice in his PM's to me.
I managed to get through and I spoke to Shelly and Frankie.

WOW...I guess IE has quite the following already, but that doesn't surprise me! I am still in shock that I haven't broke out from this skincare line! Take it from me, I break out from pretty much everything, and my skin lets me know pretty quickly if its not going to be happy with a new product! Just for the record, if I apply anything around my upper lip, nasal area that my skin doesn't agree with, about 12 hours later my skin will react horribly with eczema, and it takes a long time to get it back to normal! Even today I was out walking outside in the cold winter air, which usually will dry my skin right out...but the IE kept my skin nice and hydrated!
I do see a bit of purging today, I can't really say if its from the IE or the hormonal wackiness going on right now, but its nothing too bad, a few little pimples on my chin area, thats all, nothing cystic or anything like that.. its almost like the dirt in the pores are surfacing, this has to be a good thing! I can't tell you enough how incredible my skin looks right now! I didn't even need to wear makeup today, my skin is absolutely glowing! I even thought about getting hubby to take a close up pic so I could post it on here, but he would probably think I was all weird or something  He doesn't really understand my obsession with skincare
