I have a Mia. I've been using it since October. I love it. I use the white/sensitive head for my face, and I run it for 2 1-minute cycles back-to-back. I do this 2 mornings per week. Occasionally, I use the gray/normal brush on my chest area to smooth out the skin there.
I held off buying for such a long time. Glad I finally got one. The Mia is perfect for my needs. |

I love my Clarisonic, too. It really helped minimize my pores, and I feel like it does an amazing job removing makeup, oil, dirt, etc so that my serums can really penetrate better. |

I use the Clarisonic Mia about 1 1/2 minutes morning at night, and every few days I'll skip it in the morning or night, depending on how sensitive my skin seems to be. I have the sensitive brush head it came with, and it seems fine. I like my Clarisonic alot, as it really makes your skin feel smooth and nice. However, it didn't do much to reduce the oil production or the size of my pores/blackheads. It's great to have, but not a necessity. |

I have been using sensitive brush for years but I think next winter, I will be using delicate brush because my skin appears to be getting really dry and back to sensitive in the summer. |

yes, depending on skin type and how many times you use it per day... i do find that overuse thins out the skin.
i still love all my clarisonics...but realistically i do have to be careful with the use. |

I thought it was my RetinA that is thinning out my skin and age. |

i don't know about the retinA but i do know myself and a few other clarisonic users have experienced thinning of the skin with overuse. when you think about it... it does make sense... too much exfoliating can make the skin raw.
i know sometimes i get too ethusied and do more than i should on the clarisonics. |

I use my Clarisonic Pro twice a day on the high setting for 1 minute each time. I also use the sensitive brush head.
I have only been using it for about 2 weeks, but cannot imagine living without it! |

llina, so how often are you using the Clarisonic on your face? I have cut down to once a day at night time, but tonight I used my Mia, washed my hair, and went to spray something on my hair, which hit my foreahed and it burned. I have a little raw spot there! Maybe I need to back off even more? |

hi riley!
there's a raw spot there, on your forehead? boo boo! perhaps take some time off of it for a while...then progress to every other day, or when you need it.
i'm using it on my body every 2-3 days. i use it on my face and neck every 2-3 days, depending on if i need, what else i've been doing (too much or less facial massage), and how my health is. i noticed that when my health is not good and weeks when i'm dragging and tired, and not eating properly, that i feel horrid and don't want to do much to my skin. which is a good thing, cuz that's when i notice i have more skin 'accidents'. i don't know if its from being tired and more bullish with my skin, or because i'm tired and my health/skin is not good. sorry, i don't know if i make sense or not... lately, my head has been feeling 'thick'
in the time off you can work on your hands, neck, and body... start getting ready for spring. the weather here is so mild that spring feels as though it just around the corner.
i don't know if this applies to you.. but i have noticed since using the clarisonics i no longer have to use any rejuvenating, or polishing masks.
sorry, riley, i think i had too much for dinner and my head is swimming. i hope i made some sense.
take care of you skin... maybe just pamper yourself with some yummy fruits and chill out for a bit. let me know how it all works out.
*hugs*

thank god you understood that. i didn't!
i'm going to incoporate the OCM with tanaka. so i think my clarisonic use for face will be more spread out. i do find, doing anything too much to my face, whether it be products, masks, exfoliating, massaging... all becomes too much for the skin. and i find it best when i doing things moderately while getting lots of sleep and rest.
i hope your boo boo gets better.
i'm sooo excited riley... it almost feels like spring! i smell love in the air! |
