I apologize for my ignorance and I've done my best to research before posting this but I can't seem to find the answer to my question. I keep reading that you're not supposed to use too much but other than irritation, what harm can it possibly too? |

signs of overuse can mean saggy, crepey skin.
AKA "the uglies"
many folks never experience this.
but some do, so it's worth mentioning -
particularly when using a very strong product like super cop 2x
from the skin biology website:
"How to Avoid Overuse
Start slowly when introducing any new product to your skin and remember the adage: "Less is More". Layering many products on the skin does not increase the possibility of the products working faster or more effectively.
Especially with strong Skin Remodeling Copper-Peptides, we recommend that you start off slowly and avoid overuse. Signs of overuse may be: irritation, inflammation, droopiness, looseness, dryness, or any other unwanted effect. Try decreasing usage and/or diluting the product.
A suggestion with starting CP Serum is to apply no more than 2-3 drops to the entire face for two-three weeks and carefully monitor your skin's reaction. Again, any time a new product in being introduced to the skin a small area should be tested first. Avoid overuse by starting off slowly. These are very concentrate and potent products and only a little is needed."
and a link to their cp use page:

Thank you very much! I haven't got the creepy skin from over using yet but I feel ugly having green stuff on my face. |

the majority of skin biology's copper products are not "pretty".
if you're used to spa-type products they take a bit getting used to.
I really think they're worth it.
how long have you been using the super cop 2x?
are you using it all over or just spot treating? how often?
if you do use this all over just a little is all you need.
also, many who use the stronger creams apply only at night- less worry about a possible green cast. |

I've been using this for about a week. I figure the holidays are the best time for it. I put some in my hands and rub it all over. At first, I put too much but I've learned how to only use a few drops. I am spot treating right twice a day now as well.
I'm reading Dr P's free book now so I'm getting the hang of it. I am patiently waiting for my patience to be rewarded |
