A long time ago i was prescribed avita for blackheads on my face...
after a few uses things worked out great.
I'm currently using the new neutragena cream for bumps on my arm.
Would the avita help any?
I'm also dry brushing...and I do notice a difference after a week so far.
thanks |

Using a natural brush...i got one from rite aid...
and brush your arms.
i guess it exfoliates plus smoothes plus releases ingrown hair...eventually reducing red bumps... |

Virgo,
What's in the Neutrogena cream? If it has AHA/BHA/Benzoyl Peroxide then you should not be using Avita with it at the same time.
Anyway, I read that Avita is sometimes prescribed to people with ingrown hair problems, though I gather these would have to be severe problems to get a prescription.
If the bumps on your arm are caused by those pesky tiny ingrown hairs then dry body brushing alone should take care of that problem though - I've found it to be very effective but find that it's hard to keep it up. It's 5 minutes before every shower :s When I'm lazy (i.e. OFTEN ) I just use the MDF Face&Body scrub instead (Glycolic Acid in it). But I do TRY to dry body brush regularly.
