I would imagine light foods such as watermelon and celery would be good.
While things like alcohol, dairy, and cabbage might add to the stinkies. Just a guess! Smile

Nectarines!

Stay away from Chinese food, the spices that are used seem to come out of my husbands pores for days!

Oh god my SO loves raw onions, only they give me heartburn and then there is garlic which seems to come out of every pore....don't know about keeping vampires away, it certainly keeps me away Laughing

Curry and Chinese also have the same effect.
Fresh salads, veg and a general healthy diet works also chewing fresh parsley or Fennel seeds are both good breath freshners.

Actually, yes.

Pineapple or pineapple juice is good. Avoid too much beef and tannins (tea). Spices and herbs come out of your skin, as noted.

Good luck. I feel (and smell) your pain.

Isnt it dairy products that make us smell less than fragrant?

I heave heard that pineapple is good for improving the taste of bodily secretions. But how likely is it that we'll eat pineapple every day?

I wonder if there's another way to get the active ingredient?

I've heard that women who smoke taste less good, too. Not just their mouths.
