Hi Folks!
I received my new facial flex in the mail via QVC several days ago and I want to make sure I'm doing this right. I don't know whether my lips should be tucked under my teeth, my cheeks should be raising at the same time every time I close my mouth, etc. I found these instructions but was wondering how you (for those who have successfully used it and got great results) position your lips, cheeks, and jaws all at the same time while you try to compress.
1.Place Facial-Flex® horizontally between your lips, resting the plastic end pieces in the corners of your mouth as shown
above.
2.Press the corners of your lips against the resistance while forming the smallest "O" you can. Fully compress then
gradually release. Repeat 20 to 30 times within 2 minutes. REPEAT THESE 2 EASY STEPS TWICE DAILY.
TIA!!! |

Just follow that little brochure, they have pictures to show the proper position. You should have got a DVD with it too ., that demonstartes proper usage,if you didnt get it you should call and askfor it, it should have been included,I got the facial flex and DVD for 49 from folica.com. |

Lucyluc,
Does this really work? It's on QVC right now and they're saying it was first developed for stroke victims. My jowls are my primary concern and if this would help with those, that would be wonderful! |
