I know we have some boardies from that part of the world or familiar with them. I need new duvet covers, bed sheets etc. I noticed they are mostly made in China. Anything I want to buy will cost me almost $1000 here. Even on sale they will cost about $300.
I will be traveling to China soon, can I and where can I good deals ? I will be traveling all over that part of the world, not just China. |

I am particular about my bedding so I am very very fussy about quality. I was looking at a set similiar to this

Just the duvet cover is $299, on sale. !
I don't mean to buy no name Chinese brands, I want to know if I can get good quality Brand name products in Asia for a good price, after all, the stuff is manufactured there !

I only know that you can find good quality beddings at Lane Crawford Department Store in Hong Kong but the prices seem to be expensive even they are on sale.
I haven't been to China yet but you have to be careful when you shop in this country. |

You can get lovely silk bedding in China. As for name brands, remember that many companies forbid the sales of the products made in their factories to be sold in China. Of course, that's not to say that some of the merchandise doesn't "fall off the truck" at some point and end up being sold in street stalls.
Make sure to bring all your bedding measurements. The chinese sizing may not be the same as the U.S. sizing. My mom usually carries a little measuring tape with her when she shops in China or HK. |

Thank you for the laughs. My HB had to come upstairs to see if I was OK. I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes and almost lost my breath. Funny how some things can just set you off. I think it's because my best friend is just like you, diehard cheap a*s and I love her to death. |

sure it's good and cheap in china. u will save much money. better buy in big shop, not where the travel bus take u to. not in travel place, but in big city. the products in beauty spot always more expensive than in city centre. |
