If u are sending the skin care product from Canada to M'sia, may takes few days to deliver, how do u guarantee your product qualities may not be effected? with special packaging or .....?? I had checked with M'sia Custom Dept, they may need to do some product test, after approval only they will deliver to me, will you provide some product sample for them to do the testing? If not they may open all my purchase item & test one by one. Please advise! Thank you |

mmik, I do not really understand what product tests your Custom Dept might be planning to do? Do they need to test effectiveness of bust firming cream, for example?
Seriously, we did not have any complains of this type in the past but if you need a sample of each product that you are ordering, just request it on your order and we will gladly include all samples for your Custom Dept folks |

I have ordered from EDS several times, living in MA in USA. I have always recieved my packages in perfect shape. Also, contents are always generous with samples in addition to the purchased products. I LOVE THIS WEBSITE!

Is that 7 - 10 business days or does that include weekends as well. I made an order today (Sunday) but it is Saturday in the US/Canada so I am assuming that it won't get sent until Monday (Tuesday my time). So do I count 7 business days from Tuesday or seven consecutive days? I am in Australia also.

It totally depends. The longest I waited was two weeks, but that was more Australia post and aussie customs |

I have the same query as you, mmik. For a lot of skincare products, the quality will be affected by hot and humid weather. How do I know if they were kept in a cool dry place during the shipment/delivery? |
