My left boob is more saggy than my right because I breastfed my son more on the left to free up my right hand to do work. I've been trying to figure out what to do with it. I started to use the DMAE 4% serum on my boobs just to see if I could firm them up a little.

Anyone else tried this with success or no success?

I have exactly the same issue, Cherisse. I've just started to use the DMAE on that area. I've never used it before. I think Arielle uses it on her body and is pleased with the results. The DMAE goes on first, right, then vit c later?

you might try some chest exercises. If it is really obvious surgery may be an option. I was kinda lopsided too, well flat as a pancake lets say and one smaller than the other...I had to have PS to fix my pathetic rack.,I am really glad I did and wondered why I waited till I was 51 to do anything about it Embarassed

Hi Cherisse. I've been diligently using my dmae & c concoction that Ari recommended. I just finished up a 2.5 oz bottle. Can't say that I've noticed any lifting though. I really wasn't expecting much, especially so soon. Honestly, I don't think any cream/potion/serum will "lift" them, but the skin may be firmed/tightened. I am still going to continue using the dmae & c though. I also still using the Avon Bust cream.

Well, I actually got a BJ about 3 years ago, and the PS didn't think I had to get a lift, and he didn't do it for me (Thank god for that). However, the left side is just a little hanging off the implant, and this is what I need to firm and tighten up. So I am hoping the DMAE will do the trick. Smile

It does take time. But, it works.

Ari, do you recall how much time it took for you before you started to see results?

I don't know when the results started to be noticeable 'cause I didn't pay attention day-by-day. But, after 4 or 4 1/2 months, I was doing my self-exam and went, "Whoa!" They felt more dense and firm. I looked up into the mirror and they were looking back at me! Now, that was quite a shock for a 55-year old broad.

There has to come a time when mine decide that whatever they've been studying on the floor is now done with.

I don’t know, but I’ve been thinking about if it’s possible to use it on more sensitive places (downstairs Embarassed ). I noticed that when I massage my breasts in circular motions during the shower for 2-3 minutes the shape changes they feel lifted. I always take a cold shower (for 30seconds-1 minute) after my bath.

Here are a couple of websites where you can read and watch some instructions

This is great. Thank you. For the first link, it didn't say how long to massage in each step. How long do you do it for?

hi mimiek. have you noticed how long they change shape for?
I massage in the way you describe when applying creams, because I've heard it's a good thing to do, but I'm wishing on a star with it. ie Have no 'evidence

The first link is better than the second one.
I usually massage for a couple of minutes some times 3, but if you watch the video in the end of the first page she massage for 31 seconds.

Maybe she massaged so fast b/c air time was expensive! Just kidding! hehe

I really appreciate the links on how to massage in that area. I am clueless, and would have thought to press hard, but the instructions said to go lightly.

In Dr. Pickart's book from skinbiology he talks about a "mini breast lift" from using hydroxy acids and copper peptides. There is a little bit about it on his site, if you click "Skin Advice", "Skin Area", "Decollatage/Breasts" from the top menu. The info on that page is not as detailed as in his book, but it is pretty straight forward. I have been doing this on my stomach which was lax in the skin from tummy lipo this past summer, and I have already seen a difference in tightening in just a couple weeks.

hehehe, you’re right …Air time can be very expensive hehehe Laughing

To make it easier to massage I put some eucalyptus body shower gel before I start massaging the area, it makes it soo easy, my hands just glide over the area.
