Q - When is the new Edelweiss Night Recovery Cream going to be available and what does it do?

A - The New Edelweiss Cream will only be available in the February "Age-Less Solutions" kit. It will be a FREE 1/2 oz jar. I think it is awesome they are eliminating parabens out of it! I was not worried about them neccessarily BUT would love to eliminate them if possible. Happy Skin . . . I like it! Anyone know about it???!!!!! Exclamation

I wonder if Happybelle-PE is the "happy skin" ingredient?

Seems a little unusual to me. I am not so sure I like the concept of applying a cream that affects my opioid receptors!!

Hi Cutie!

I would rather the products that I use not have parabens, however since the Ice Elements products have 1% or less of the parabens I have been OK with that... It is a more recent motivator of mine to try and stay away from them as I feel that if we can get away from them we are just better for it.

The Ice Cap is a hair mask made for those with dry scalps. I have not seen an ingredient list yet and am dying to try it!

Hi Theresa!

I am not sure if the ingredient is Happybelle. It sure looks like an interesting ingredient. Since Happybelle is extracted from Monk's Pepper berries it sounds like something that would be in an Ice Elements product.

Why cant they just sell samples of the new cream on its own? What's in the ageless kit? Its a bit annoying when you only want to try 1 product and have to go and buy a kit.

Will they have trial kits available?

Im eagerly awaiting the icecap too as dry scalp is a constant battle for me Sad

Carol,

The free 1/2 oz is a pre-release.

I am not sure when it comes out officially or if they will release it in 1/2 sizes so that you can purchase a big one or not... but if you purchase it through hsn you get a 30 day money back guarantee anyway so I just get the big one.

I had to look this one up on the IE message board as I was not sure what was in the kit... Now I do!

full size revitalizing cleanse with toner built in
full size anti aging serum
full size moisturizer
1/2 oz Edelweiss night serum
1/2 oz jar NEW Edelweiss night cream

I picked up the 1/2 oz of the Edelweiss serum last time around and still have some left so it goes a long way... but I am pretty sure that it will also be available in a larger size by itself. I am not sure when the new night cream comes out on its own. The 1/2 oz is a free preview that is included in the kit.

Since you are in Aus, I would ask if it would be possible to order that kit directly and get the free cream, if you are interested in it now. They may be able to put one aside for you.

Bosoxy thanks for the additional information. It is odd because yesterday I was reading one of Dr. Perricone's book and he was discussing neuropeptides and how they are produced in the skin. He was in particular discussing Substance P and it's connection to acne. When I was reading the book yesterday I didn't even think of the "Happy Ingredient" also being an example of a neuropeptide. Strange how I can encounter infromation on two different neuropeptides in a matter of days when just last week I had no clue that they even existed!
