Last weekend, I got a back massage and it was the best thing I had got done! All my shoulder aches were gone and I felt a new person. Would highly recommend it. It is more effective than a full body massage. |

I really prefer a back massage to a full body massage too. My back is where I need the most work, so why waste time with the parts that don't need it? |

As a massage therapist I can tell you that almost all of my clients request treatment work for their back! Neck work is very popular, too. |

I love a back massage! I never have facials as I don't like them (if I'm going to have something done on my face I'd rather save the money and have a proper treatment, like something to zap my broken capillaries!), but I love to treat myself to a massage. My gym has a spa section attached and you can book either a back massage which is 30 mins, or a full body massage which is an hour - I book the hour and then ask them just to do my back - heaven ! |

When my back was really hurting all the time I had my massage therapist in Mexico just work on my back for an hour but now that I'm feeling better I go for the full body because I believe it helps with my circulation. I especially love massage on my feet and scalp.
We have an island girl who comes to work on us who only charges $12 an hour! She is not a trained massage therapist but has good strong hands and a feel for it. |

Hi, I have a back and shoulder massage every month as part of my Decleor Evidence facial. My shoulders are always tense, too much PC work and driving and I can feel how knotted they are when having my massage. Wonderful and so relaxing.I sleep so well afterwards.

I'm addicted to massages. I go to a spa near my house once a week for a 2-hour session full body massage. An hour is usually spent focusing on my back, shoulders and neck. I'm thinking about concocting my own massage oil as I'm allergic to pretty much every massage oil I've tried at different spas, but I'm not sure which oil to use. Can someone recommend something? |
