anybody wear colored contact lenses? I'm thinking of trying them out but have never used them before. I have dark brown eyes and want something greenish but i want it to look natural. Whats the best brand of colored contacts that make your eyes look natural and not like you are wearing contacts? |

I really like people's natural eye color. |

I haven't seen any type of contact look natural on brown eyes- I always find that people look scary (like cat eyes) with the fake colors unless their eyes are already naturally light.
For brown eyes you have to get opaque lenses, and when they shift on brown eyes (from blinking, etc) they sometimes make the wearer look cross eyed.
I hope you find something that looks good! Maybe try something that is more of a greeny brown, instead of a full fledged green to look more natural? |

I got brown eyes, and have tried all the greens, which all looked gross. The only colors that looked okay were gray, brown, hazel, and amethyst. I pretty much prefer clear. Sometimes colored for fun. |

I bought a pair of grey ones, and I look like a ghost. It was really hard to put them on, too. I'm not a normal contact lense wearer, so maybe I just didn't know how to do it the easy way. Anyway my normal eye color is dark brown. I think it will be hard for me to get any color contacts that will work well with my eye color. |

I have brown eyes, and my contacts are tinted blue. But the color doesn't show -- it's tinted so it will be easier for me to find if I drop a lens!
People are surprised when they see me putting in/taking out a blue lens!

And I have dehydrated, sensitive skin like you!
My sister had her eyes done the old-fashioned way (about 10 years ago) -- with a scalpel! Eek! But she's glasses and contacts free now!
