I had 30 minutes on my upper lip, she got quite a bit of hair but now the moustache area is a little swollen and bumpy...I put numbing creme on and it didnt do squat..its painful but its the only permanent hair removal available.I am afraid the swelling wont go down I am paranoid I put neosporin on and ice its been 1 day so far.Did anyone else get swollen? I was surprised because I have tried a lot of procedures: IPL.polaris, yag etc and never had any kind of negative reaction,I hope I dont scar! |

I am totally impressed that you did it for 30 minutes! I could only handle 20 min at a time and I had her take breaks and work on my eye brows every few minutes! Good luck! The results are worth it! |

Try some Aloe Vera gel, I've had some laser hair removal and its amazingly soothing afterwards.
I must say though, that I find fresh aloe gel much, much better than even the 99 percent stuff in tubes, so I keep an aloe plant in the kitchen at all times, and just break a tiny piece off the leaves (poor plant!) whenever I ned any gel. Works like a miracle on burns too, no scarring. |

Wow, thats impressive! Mines only about 2 foot tall at the most.
On the same day as my treatment, I was applying the aloe every hour or so. After then it was just once a day.
It seemed to fade some old acne scars too. |

yes, I forgot about the benefits of applying fresh aloe vera, I had used it last year when I had plastic surgery, it did seem to help with healing. |
