I just got the helichrysum oil which I am using to treat my tummy stretch marks per Scallawaggirl's recommendation.
I don't know if it's my imagination, but I felt like the stretch marks are becoming lighter already just after a few uses. Is that possible?
Scally, how long did it take you before you started to see results with this oil for your stretch marks? Did your stretch marks go away completely?
Can I use this oil straight on the stretch marks without mixing it with Jojoba oil and Emu oil as I've been doing? |

Great to hear! Helichrysum is indeed exxcellent to help with scarring and stretch marks. You shouldn't use it neat though as essential oils are highly concentrated. Plus a little goes a long way. I think the best oil for you to mix it with would be Rosehip Oil as it is also great at helping to correct scars, prevent new ones and improving cell regeneration and new skin growth. It is much more effective than both Jojoba and Emu oil for helping with your stretch marks. |

Wildflower,
Where would you recommend to get Helichrysm from?
Thanks.

You can get it in many places. Primavera has it in the line so you can buy it atwww.saffonrouge.com. Acqua Vita used to have it as well but they appear to be out as it's not on the list on their website but you may want to ask anyway as sometimes some oils aren't listedwww.acqua-vita.com. You an also get it at Essential Botanicals http://www.essentialbotanicals.com/EssentialAlph.html. Keep in mind that many places sell it by it's other name, Immortelle. |
