Ok, I have to say that this was a complete impulse buy when I was at Sephora. What really took me in was the color of this balm. It was soooo much darker than the original. I had bought the original, and I hated it. Didn't moisturize well, no color, smell was off, and the lid would come open in my purse. I almost didn't buy this because of that.....
I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!!! I love this stuff!!!! It had a decent smell, a very sheer red tint that looks so great when I'm at work and not trying to "look" made up, just pretty. It moisturizes alot better, and the lid is a major improvement. I'm going to buy about 10 more tins of this stuff....just in case it is a limited edition. I don't ever want to be without this stuff!!! |

mper1327, thanks for the review. I used the original one and didn't like it. From Sephora's site, it's only available at Sephora.
What does it smell like? I also had their strawberry balm but the smell was too artificial for me.
Thanks |

The smell is pretty light. It's got a minty smell at first, then a slight rose scent comes out. I think it will be wonderful in the warm weather, because it does have a little bit of a cooling effect on the lips
The ingredients are: Cotton Seed Oil, Borax, Aromol, With Essential Oils of Peppermint and Rose in a special Petrolatum Base
I usually frown upon a petrolatum base, but his one is working better than anything else! |

Thanks for the review! I almost bought this last time I was in Sephora (I don't get there regularly). As far as I know, this rendition (rose mint) is a Sephora exclusive. |

Not everything works for everyone, but I have to highly recommend this. It makes my lips so soft and pretty, with a natural flush!
This coming from someone who has run the gamut in tinted lip care and gloss, this is the best I've found so far for a very pretty natural (but better) look |

I like the original Rosebud so I bet I'll like the minted more! |

My in-laws brought me some of this back from their last trip to America, I agree it is lovely.
It is not overpowering, rather a very subtle fragrance and taste. |

Love the name, Rosebud!
It's only available at Sephora, and yesterday I placed my order for 12 more. Buy yours now gals, before I run them out of stock! |

Rose AND mint??!! I must be in heaven! This sounds really lovely - both the darker shade of it and also the scent. I'm heading off to the US in a few weeks and this is now definitely on my Sephora shopping list! Thanks! |

I have a rosebud lip balm and I love the smell too.
Definitely I will look for that one when I shop sephora next time. Sephora is located very near to me. Thanks |
