Well, this sounded interesting, so I requested a sample - I am one of the unfortunate people who didn't have the big "wow-wee" result with the other great products of IS Clinical, but this looked pretty good.
Has anyone received this sample and tried it already? Results?

I don't think this product is coming out until January. I posted a thread about it in the Lounge a few weeks back. To request a sample go to:

I actually wondered why ISC would call a product "Youth Complex". ISC has always seemed to give the impression that they are a sophisticated skin care line and then they go and call a product this name. I am not knocking the product as it may be very good but it is jumping on the bandwagon of antioxidants and DNA repair.
I will be very interested to hear reviews on this product. |

Dang, sorry Lifeply I must have missed your post. Thank you for posting the link. I did end up ordering the sample out of curiosity. We'll see what happens.

I hope our samples get here quick!! Although after reading the ingredients I don't see anything "earth shattering" in it.
Guess we'll find out! |

I call on doctors and one of my plastic surgeon clients told me about this today. She said it's as if the product has little sponges that absorb water and immediately plump up the lines. I guess we'll see...! |

Three questions:
• Are offers for samples supposed to be posted here or in The Lounge?
• Who are the forum moderators, to whom I could direct such questions, and how do I contact them? (It's not apparent, I think due to the limited functionality of the BB software.)
• Also, what is the best way to handle swaps here? I know that members on MUA have a whole section devoted to it, but I don't see any obvious or systematic trade circles going on here. I'd be happy to offer up my duplicates or odds/ends from my stash.
Back OT. I'm in for two (one for me, one for my mom who doesn't use any of this stuff), so I'm happy to send my extra to one of my Canadian or UK/EU sisters. (Well, anyone actually!) |

To answer your questions...
(1) they usually go on the skincare board, but need approval from a moderator first (and better if the moderator puts up the post)
(2) Mabsy is the moderator of the skincare board. You can send a private message direct to her using that name (but she has been pretty busy with work,so probably cannot reply for a week or so)
(3) There were discussions way back about swaps and it was decided not to have a swap board here at EDS. If you have a search for "swap" under the Lounge board you might find some of the past discussions. |

Just placed my sample request! I hate having to wait 6-8 weeks though. It always seems samples take a lot longer to get. I can't wait to see if this works like it says it will. Seems too good to be true so I'm not getting my hopes up.
Thanks Mariav! |
